We welcome new CareGivers to our awesome care family with open arms.

Right at Home offers a very effective bespoke New Care worker programme which offers ample shadowing and detailed face to face training covering wide subject matters. Our CareGivers WILL become the best in the business, that’s our promise. No other care company is known to offer a New Care worker programme.

After the probation period, we pay our Care worker very competitive hourly rates ranging from - £13.00 Day shift, £13.50 Evening shift, £15.00 for Weekends, £19.92 for Bank holidays.

We pay 35p per/mile mileage.

Right at Home offers our CareGivers Permanent contract worth up to £25,000 after a trial period with pensions and bonuses.

We do minimum 1-hour calls.

This means more care time with our lovely clients.

Sufficient travel time between clients - calculated by google maps.

Job Description:

Duties include companionship, personal care, assisting clients with washing and dressing, shopping, housekeeping, meal preparation, medication and taking clients for appointments or outings.
