Eleanor Lodge provides exceptional levels of support to adults, aged 18 and over, with learning disabilities and mental health issues. It is situated in Delapre, Northampton and offers a wonderful living environment in which our customers can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. We also offer domiciliary care to adults living in their own homes within the community.

As a Waking Nights Carer, your role will support our customers who may suffer from dementia or a physical disability within a specialist support centre setting.
What will you be doing?As a Waking Nights Home Carer, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting young adults during the night, you will be required to provide care that ensures that each individual’s dignity, privacy, independence and choice is supported, whilst ensuring that our customers’ health and safety is always a priority.

You don’t need previous experience in social care, or qualifications, we will provide all the training and support you need to give you the skills and confidence be able to care for our residents.

All new starters are required to complete the Care Certificate, if not already completed previously, alongside mandatory training within their induction period. Courses are updated throughout your employment.

The council is in the process of implementing a new pay structure and terms and conditions which will be applicable to this role. The outcome could result in a future variation to the advertised salary, and this will be discussed at interview.
