Job description
Mantra Progressive Indian, Bath is looking for Waitresses and Waiters for immediate start.
Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Knowledge of Indian food is preferred but not mandatory.
Hours are as follows:
Sunday To Thursday - 5pm to 10pm
Fridays & Saturdays : 5pm to 11pm
Duties will include:
. Greeting Customers upon arrival
. Be attentive and taking care of customers needs
. Ensuring the restaurant and front of house area is clean and tidy
. Taking food and beverage orders
. Submitting food orders to the kitchen staff
. Deliver orders to the correct customers
. Process customer payments
. Ensure customers are satisfied and resolve any complaints
. Cleaning and resetting tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware as needed
. Prep or side work. Assisting kitchen with plating and garnishing menu items if needed.
. Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floor under tables after customers leave, etc.
. Completing Start and End of day duties
Provide fast, reliable and friendly service to the customers at all times

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
