Cattle & Co Bbq Smokehouse, are American themed restraunts. All our dishes, meat rubs and sauce's are homemade, best of all we smoke all our meats in our imported smokers from the USA, cooked low n slow, the true authentic American way of smoking meat. Providing a well known family friendly dinning experience, that has grown rapidly since opening in 2019. Thankfully this has allowed us to open a premises in Llanelli as well as a 2nd premises in Swansea Centre. Excitingly we have taken over the previous 3 lamps premises, located next to Turtle Bay. With a 120 seater restaurant, an events room for private hire plus a roof top terrace cocktail bar that has a planned vip party room.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
MUST be 18+
Experience of taking food and drink orders in a busy setting
Outgoing, friendly, polite personality
Works well as a team and under pressure
Barista & serving alcohol experience would be a bonus but full training can be provided
