Job description
We are looking for positive, vibrant, and polite waitress/waiter for our new grill and bar restaurant in Ruislip, London.
At the restaurant floor, you will be our ambassador creating the first impression for our new guests, continue to build the rapport with those who return and set the tone for their upcoming experience.
Must be able to do evening shifts and must be available for Friday and Saturday evenings. Main shifts that will be expected to do are Thursday to Sunday, at least from 5pm to 11pm. Additional shifts and full day shifts are available.
Must have at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
About the Job:
- Give a warm welcome to customers and improve customer experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met
- Assisting customer reservation bookings
- Ensuring food and drink orders are taken correctly and served correctly
- Demonstrate extensive menu and beverage knowledge
- Ensure all payments are processed timely, accurately, and correctly
- Serving hot, cold and alcoholic drinks
- Keeping the tables free of dirty dishes and empty glassware, etc
- Demonstrate can do attitude
- All other duties as assigned
