We are a small well-established and growing IT service provider based in Reigate, Surrey, supporting around 100 customers, mainly based in Surrey and the South East. Due to steady and continued expansion we are looking to add to our existing team and recruit an additional IT Support Engineer.
This role would ideally suit someone who has just completed their education in an IT related subject/has completed basic IT qualifications, or have experience with the below:
· Active Directory
· Office 365 Admin center/Sharepoint
· Azure
· macOS/Windows 10/Windows 11
· Backup & Business Continuity – Datto, storagecraft, and Veeam.
· Firewall, WAN, WAPs & Routers
· Various antivirus products
· Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
· Printers

Senior Engineers will train you to perform the 1st/ 2nd Line role, and in the longer term offer you a career path across a variety of IT systems and technologies. Eventually progressing onwards to Network Administration / 3rd Line Network Analyst.
Initially you will be office based at our Central Reigate offices, but some of your training and ongoing work will be on Client sites as you will be providing remote and hands on support to our Clients.
Office hours:
8am – 4:30pm/ 9am- 5:30pm Monday- Friday.
Essential Experience requirements:
An IT related Degree OR a formal IT qualification (Microsoft, Cisco or CompTIA)
Non Technical skills:
· Confident telephone manner
· Excellent Customer Service skills & experience
· Creating and growing relationships with customers
· A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
· Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Please note some sites will require the engineer to travel using their own vehicle. (travel will be fully expensed and it will all be around Surrey/South East - local to Reigate)

Salary: £21,955.00-£25,130.00 per year
