Job description
· Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options
· Go through how the in venue app works and how to download etc
· Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions
· Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately
· Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards
· Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues
· Deliver bills and accept payment
· Report and work with the venue Waiting Staff Supervisor and other team members
· Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
Requirements
· 1 to 2 years working in bars or Restaurant essential
· Experience in a similar establishment is essential, passionate about food and drinks
· Good (inter)personal, communication and presentation skills are required
· Hard working, able to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to work under pressure
· Be able to work effectively as part of a team
· A passion for quality, friendly service coupled with general knowledge of drinks & food
· Well-presented and good English knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 12-37 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
