A beachside restaurant with a sun terrace, sea views and a cocktail bar, plus DJs and a dance floor…. Welcome to Aruba! Our venue, voted Bournemouth’s best night out, is truly flexible and can provide a great place to visit, anything from a quiet drink in the sunshine, a family meal (with kids colouring books and crayons) in our restaurant, cocktail making for parties, stag & hen parties, through to finishing with a boogie on the dance floor until the early hours!
We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a colourful, spacious dining area overlooking beautiful Bournemouth beach. For parties or events, we can even prepare a special VIP Buffet. We pride ourselves on our freshly cooked food, genuine island BBQ using top quality butchered meats, and hand-stretched fresh pizzas.

You will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Good experience working in a similar/high volume restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills, with ability to up-sell at any given opportunity
- Good verbal and written English
- Ability to think on your feet and under pressure
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Excellent team player
- Willingness to be flexible based on the demand of the job
- Must be available to work evenings (restaurant closes at 9pm wkdays/10pm on wkends), weekends and bank holidays
