Located on the ground floor of Manchester Hall, in the heart of the City Centre, Masons Restaurant & Bar is an award-winning establishment, known for its unique and elegant atmosphere.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in the role and provide exceptional guest experiences.
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for:
· Providing excellent customer service with a professional manner
· Answering customer questions about our food and drink menus
· Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately
· Checking with customers to ensure their satisfaction, presenting bills, and processing payments
· Managing your section and providing outstanding service to each table
· Suggesting menu items and upselling when appropriate
· Setting up and arranging table settings to create a welcoming atmosphere
· Keeping your tables and section clean and tidy at all times
· Collaborating with your managers, bar, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
· Following all relevant company procedures to provide a consistent and high-quality experience for our guests.
