Job description
As the Assistant Manager within our Stokesley Store your primary purpose will be to support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store. We are looking for candidates with the following attributes
- Strong knowledge of Retail key performance indicators (kpi's)
- Proven ability to drive the store forward, and progression within the team
- Excellent communication skills
- Expertise in management procedures and best practices
- Manage stock control and utilise all processes
- Hands on experience with all aspects of the store operations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving for the needs of the business
