Role & Responsibilities
- Follow funding rules to determine learner eligibility;
- Create, and meet, the specific schedule of activities for Corndel to be compliant within funding rules and business timelines;
- Process programme starts and registrations, liaising with potential learners and Corndel Sales and Operations Teams to gather and review information within specified timescales;
- Effectively communicate compliance requirements and decisions to key stakeholders, ensuring information is passed to the right people at the right time in the process;
- Follow funding requirements and input learner data into Management Information Systems efficiently and accurately;
- Ensure all information and data for business processes and claims is uploaded on time, accurately, and in line with funding guidance and Corndel priorities;
- Maintain expert knowledge regarding the use and storage of learner and funding data;
- Provide support and guidance to Curriculum and Operational staff on funding rules and claim requirements.

Knowledge and experience
- A confident user of IT with a willingness, and aptitude, to learn a new system;
- Experience of working within a regulated environment is desirable;
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment;
- Understanding of the role, and the purpose of an enrolment and claims function.
