The Bugis Singapore Restaurant is looking for Front of House team members – Waiter/ess who would be part of this creative team where simplicity and flavour is at the heart of the menu.
The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, and passionate about all thing’s food and drink. You will be able to delight our guests with amazing service all day every day.

Key Information
- Salary: £14.00 p/h incl service charge
- Address: Gloucester Tube Station
- Hours of work: 40 hrs weekly
Your key focus will be:
- Knowledgeable with all our menus
- Mise en place; to be prepared after each service
- To ensure cleanliness and readiness and after each service
- To collect any relevant food items from the Kitchen before each service in a timely manner
- Remain calm during difficult situations, in a very busy environment.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
- Personalise and engage with guests at every opportunity.
- Maximise sales opportunities, upsell where appropriate.
