Job description
We are a small unique fine dining restaurant based in Borough Market already challenging the traditional concepts of what makes a memorable fine dining experience, and our ambitions go far beyond this. We have an ever changing, produce led menu created by the extremely talented Tomas Lidakevicius.
We are currently seeking an experienced waiter to join our restaurant team.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with exceptional customer service and communication skills, a passion for food, and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
Main duties to include but not limited to:
- Proactively welcome and greet guests to the Restaurant.
- Assist with daily setup of the restaurant before service.
- Assist with daily operational tasks (e.g., opening and closing check list: toilets, polishing, napkins etc.)
- Ensure your knowledge of menus are up to date so you are confident in answering guest questions.
