The My Sighted Guide Volunteer Experience Officer helps people with sight loss to live the life they choose by providing an exceptional volunteer experience and being responsible for the recruitment, training, stewardship, and support of all volunteers within the My Sighted Guide service across the geographic area, in line with national strategy and local team plans. They will grow a Lead Volunteer network and will act as the champion for My Sighted Guide volunteering.

This role will be based on site at our Bristol or Cardiff office on a home-start arrangement, working closely with the My Sighted Guide team. You’ll be working 35 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday.
