As our newest Visual Merchandiser this is exactly what you will be doing every, single day.

About the role:

Salary: Competitive + FANTASTIC bonus earning potential

Hours: Full Time or Part Time – including regular weekends and some evening shifts.

Your role as visual merchandising assistant is key in bringing our home and garden expert proposition to life for our customers. You will do this by actively using your up-to-date knowledge, friendly service and selling skills, combined with your ability and passion to bring our products to life across the store.

Your responsibilities:

  • Combining a passion for customer service and home decor, you are available to support our customers in completing their projects and recommending products
  • You keep up to date with the digital online offering and recommend products to fulfil the customer’s needs from our Homebase.co.uk website
  • You use your creative flair for home and garden to set up exciting new campaigns and promotions with guidance from the Store Support Centre
  • Working together with the store leadership team to identify commercial hotspots in store to maximise sales opportunities
  • You always keep it simple by following the correct process for store use products when creating displays
