JOB TITLE: Production Operative

(incorporating, Line Feeder, Packers, Elite and Machine Operator)

JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY

Responsible for ensuring our customers are bult outstanding products.

POSITION IN ORGANISATION

Reports To: Production Team Leader

Job Family: Business Support

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the assembly or packing of EnviroVent products to agreed targets and quality standards.

· Ensure component supply by monitoring the use of stock and advising Team Leaders/Line Feeder of shortages.

· Carry out quality control checks on products.

· Inspect equipment & tooling to identify any malfunctions that require repairs or replacement, as well as informing the Team Leader of issues identified immediately.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.

· Identify and report unsafe operations to Team Leader immediately.

· Maintain the work area to ensure it is clean, safe and organised.

· Upon reaching Elite status; responsible for training new starters and having expertise in the assembly of multiple products.

GENERAL DUTIES

· Provide outstanding products and an effortless customer experience. ‘Think Customer First’

· Deliver tasks with a focus on quality and quantity.

· Manage, organise and update relevant data/records as required.

· Interpret instructions and issues arising and respond appropriately according to policies and procedures.

· Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change or development.
