Job description
The Visual Merchandising Assistant faces the challenge of driving the Goldsmiths brand(s) through planning and implementing an annual Visual Merchandising calendar which delivers on The Watches of Switzerland Group's goals on brand position, sales growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for the effective communication of the Goldsmiths brand(s) through consistent delivery of the visual presence of the stores across display, graphics and seasonal campaign props. You will also co-ordinate refits, new openings and support closure stores. Work closely with brand partners (and internal Marketing Team) to ensure our stores look exciting and uphold a luxury representation at all times and will also use the Goldsmiths mock shop and set up model stores to prepare and communicate guidelines to stores.
About You
- Ability to comfortably lead challenging floor walks with store managers in their stores.
- 2 years + Experience in VM
- Ability to coordinate a number of competing priorities
- IT literate with excellent knowledge of excel and word
- Highly efficient and organised
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines , and keep a clear head
