Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed and motivated individual to join our team as a part time Visitor Services Assistant.
Our team is responsible for welcoming all visitors to the Library and for providing a range of first class visitor services in the reading rooms, visitor centre and at reception desks. As a member of our team you will be responsible for delivering a 5* service to our visitors at point of contact.
The successful candidate will have a proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to work with excellent customer service and communication skills.
The Visitor Services team operate 6 days per week Monday-Saturday.
