Job description
You will be working from home full time and you will not be expected to travel to Surrey.
You will join an experienced and well supported team working to maintain DHC Talking Therapies excellent reputation. You will be providing high volume low intensity interventions. You will have the opportunity to have a mix of virtual work, including video, telephone, workshops and computerised CBT appointments.
You will receive high level case management, clinical skills and group supervision, as well as regular line management, daily duty support and excellent CPD opportunities (e.g. LTC top up training, supervision training). You will be part of the service membership to The CBT Resource, which offers access to a wealth of recorded and live CPD opportunities to maintain your yearly accreditation.
You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical and leadership skills depending on your career goals,. This is supported through a structure preceptorship plan. You will be fully supported to pursue skills development and career progression, and we offer a range of opportunities within and outside of the PWP role.
