Personal Assistant to Managing Director
Responsibilities:
- Handle email correspondence, responding to inquiries and prioritising urgent matters.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with financial management tasks, including expense tracking, invoicing and basic bookkeeping.
- Provide general online administrative support, such as managing files, organising documents and maintaining online records.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and tasks for the Director's attention
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, expense reports and monthly financial documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
Skills:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanour with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think proactively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
