Virtual Insight Programme, Y12 Eng&Wales/Y13 NI/S5 Scotland, 2023 London, England

PwC
Full Time London, England 50000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Our Virtual Insight Programme is an opportunity to gain valuable skills and explore your career interests and options with PwC in accounting, business and technology. You may be interested in doing an apprenticeship, going to university, or a combination of both. Perhaps you’re still not sure, and you simply want to find out more about PwC and the different areas that you could join. Our Virtual Insight Programme will help you answer these questions by giving you an insight into our different business areas, and you’ll also hear from our people who joined through a range of student pathways and programmes.

On the Virtual Insight Programme, you’ll experience our different business areas through interactive sessions and innovative technology. You’ll hear directly from our people, including current and past students of our School and College Leaver programmes. You’ll discover what they do at PwC and have the opportunity to try out typical tasks from some of our business areas. You can also take part in a variety of skills sessions to equip you with the tools and knowledge to help you succeed with a future application to PwC and beyond.

The programme will run virtually across three days. For the optimum experience, you’ll need a laptop or computer and internet connection to join the online sessions, but many sessions will also be accessible via a smartphone. If you don’t have a personal laptop or you’re worried about your internet connection, please still apply to the programme, and we may be able to provide support with access to the necessary equipment. We’ll be contacting all successful applicants regarding what support may be available after we've confirmed offers for the programme.

If you have already applied for the Career Launch Work Experience, please do not apply for the Virtual Insight Programme.

Programme dates:

Monday 24 July - Wednesday 26 July 2023.

Following the Virtual Insight Programme:

After completing the programme, we’ll invite you to an event in our offices where you’ll have the opportunity to meet our people face to face and get further support on making an application. Following that, we’ll notify you as soon as our 2024 School and College Leaver and Flying Start roles are open for applications.

What you’ll need:

Students will need to be in Year 12 in England and Wales, Year 13 in Northern Ireland and S5 in Scotland and on course for at least 96 UCAS points from your BTEC, or across your top three A-Levels or equivalent qualifications (excluding General Studies and the EPQ).

Recruitment process deadlines:

You’ll need to submit your application by 10 March 2023.

You’ll need to have completed our online behaviour-based assessment by 17 March 2023.

You’ll hear from us with the outcome of your application by 17 April 2023.
