Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in various aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, website management, Google Ads management, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic search growth.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new content.
Website Management:Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Implement and test website changes to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Collaborate with web developers to address technical issues and ensure website functionality.
Google Ads Management:Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
Content Creation:Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and social media content.
Research industry trends and competitors to generate relevant and valuable content ideas.
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging while meeting quality standards.
Analytics and Reporting:Compile and analyze data from various digital marketing channels to create insightful reports.
Provide regular updates on campaign performance, website metrics, and SEO progress.
Use data-driven insights to make strategic recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, website management, Google Ads, and content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Ads campaign setup, management, and optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant is a plus.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £8.86-£23.19 per hour
