Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Video Editor based out of our Mark Lane, London office.

What We Offer:
The Video Editor will work with the Recordings team on specific projects to produce high quality content from captured media. They must be proficient in all aspects of editing and post-production and be comfortable editing autonomously and consulting with project managers, stakeholders and other members of the team.

We’ll Count on You To:
- Ensure that all content delivered meets or exceeds expectations of stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and recordings team members within every phase of the post-production process to ensure content meets expectations and ensure project deliverability
- Edit recordings to an identified creative strategy within required timeframes
- Ensure all content produced adheres to Fitch Learning’s processes and quality standards
- Maintaining integrity of media, and structure of content systems
- Responsible for quality of content delivered and adhering to quality control processes
What You Need to Have:
Post-Production Knowledge and Experience
- Skilled user of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition
- An excellent understanding of post-production effects, particularly; Chroma-Keying and Color Correction
- Excellent at syncing media, including multiple unlinked audio and videos tracks of the same event
- Experience working with multi track compositions and editing to a high quality
- Ability to resolve simple issues with audio and video content in post-production
- Detail orientated, with an understanding of how to resolve post-production issues
- Experience with e-learning content, with a good understanding of pace and tempo of content
Communication and Project Management Skills
- Attention to detail, quality focus
- Good communication and team skills
