MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for a European Sales VP who is a dynamic and passionate Leader for SECUTIX European Operations. Your main role is to run a distributed Sales team across all countries where SECUTIX currently operates and enable commercial growth. This role is based in London, in our Embankment new offices.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Set the commercial strategy for the SecuTix portfolio, markets and verticals.
- Be accountable to achieve Software new ARR targets and Prof. Services sales.
- Topline PnL accountability (Revenues)
- Deploy and strengthen consistent & scalable sales operations: process, tools (salesforce) and people, across all geographies.
- Actively support sourcing and recruitment talents.
- Manage Local Market Sales Leads, Product Sales lead, Industry Sales Leads and Sales Operations.
- Manage growth from sales organization team of 12 staff (Account Executives, Pre-Sales, Sales Business/ Dev Reps) across five geos, scaling 50+ over 12-18 months.
- Open new markets and bolster existing ones.
- Direct reporting line to CEO of SECUTIX
WORK EXPERIENCE
The following experience is required for this position:
- Proven experience in a SaaS / Software organization generating 50m+ of ARR.
- Proven commercial technique and experience in ability to achieve ARR sales targets and growth.
- Proven experience in matrix organizations.
- Proven leadership ability to manage sales team up to 20 staff and acquisition of top sales talents.
- Proven experience in expanding sales organization (multi product, cross border, cross industry) with measurable results.
- 15 years+ tenure in SaaS sales at various degrees of responsibilities.
- Ticketing in live entertainment or sports verticals industry knowledge is desirable.
- Fluent in English
- French, Spanish, or German is desirable.
