Earth Regeneration Limited – Graduate Management Consultant
Remuneration: Circa 30,000 per annum (prorated initial 3 month contract). Negotiable dependent on experience.

Days per week: Full time.

Period: Initial three month contract with the potential to extend to a permanent position.

Location: Hybrid – Initial contract will be mainly virtual, with meetings in London/visiting clients, as required.

Earth Regeneration Limited (Earth) was founded in early 2010, as a niche strategic financial property consultancy, based in London.

Earth provides regeneration and property advice to landowners, funders, developers and investors, in both the private and public sectors. Earth is an agile, growing SME and is pleased to offer this opportunity for a graduate to support the Founder Director & Director. The ideal candidate would be someone looking to pursue a career within real estate, management consultancy or finance. This position will provide the graduate with insight into a leading real estate advisory business.

Essential:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including intermediate / advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Market research experience / ability;
• Literate in video conferencing software packages; Microsoft Teams and Zoom, as the role will involve remote working;
• Interest in one or more: real estate, finance, accountancy.

The right candidate will have the opportunity to gain the following experience:

• Learn and understand about the strategy and delivery behind regeneration projects / placemaking;
• Research and delivery support, relating to the Government’s Levelling Up agenda and other forms of competitive funds, both public and private sector;
• Financial modelling, including financial masterplanning and development appraisals;
• Analysis of data;
• The preparation of reports and presentations including business cases, business plans, funding applications;
• Researching potential new clients and research into new Government policies, to help identify opportunity areas;
• Engaging with senior executives and department heads, across both the public and private sector;
• Facilitating client workshops and presenting finding;
• Develop long term relationships with clients to retain their business and grow new;
• Learn how to use Earth’s Real Estate Optimisation Model (REOM) in Excel, and run different scenarios;
• Marketing and business development using social media and CRM;
• Research projects that include football and women’s football;
• Support bid applications.
