Experienced veterinary receptionist wanted for independent mobile vet clinic - work from central office and from home
Are you looking for something a little different from the norm?
We’re opening a mobile small animal veterinary clinic based from south Manchester, covering the local area offering consultations, vaccinations and surgery on the client’s doorstep.
We’re seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.
We’re ideally seeking a full time receptionist, although part time hours may be considered. Work would be split between a central office 2 days a week and working from home 2 days a week; and would entail answering customer queries over the phone and email/messaging, receiving deliveries and admin work.
As the practice is starting from scratch we will have the opportunity to develop it in any way we can best serve our clients and we’re looking for someone keen to help drive things forward and offer the best customer service possible. We aim to offer high quality veterinary care while keeping the stress for our patients to an absolute minimum.
We can offer reduced stress and a supportive work environment, a competitive salary, starting from £23-25k for four 10 hour days/week, 5 weeks holidays, and employee discounts on treatment/food.
Hours could be split between 2 part time receptionists.
This is a non-patient facing role dealing with clients over the phone and internet.
The practice will be based from Stretford/Old Trafford.
Looking to open mid-late August 2023.
