Veterinary Receptionist
Wilbury Veterinary Surgery, Hove , East Sussex
Unique, boutique practice in beautiful Brighton and Hove.
Due to expansion of our team, we are seeking:
A dynamic individual for whom creating a fabulous client experience and doing a great job every day is their reason for being at work.
You need to be confident answering telephones and speaking with clients and able to write well constructed e mails.
You enjoy teamwork and are interested and curious to be part of an excellent team.
Previous receptionist experience may be an advantage but we will provide lots of training and support to help you shine in our front -of -house position.
You are happy to help others to grow and learn to be best version of themselves

You will work a 4.5 day week and every 4th Saturday morning with an average of 38 hours per week. Your salary will be above the industry norm.
We will make you a member of The British Veterinary Receptionist Association and your training will involve external courses as well as internal coaching. We consider this role to be a career choice rather than just a job.
