Pulse-Eight is a multi-award winning, industry-leading design house and manufacturer of Video and Audio Control and Distribution systems, distributing our products to over 100 countries worldwide. Established in 2010, we are now a 50+ strong global team our Headquarters in Dorset, England, and expanding global locations in Malaysia and the United States.
Due to exceptional growth the Pulse Eight group is now looking to recruit additional business development resources to support our expanding international market focusing on supporting and growing the company’s EMEA distribution partners and EMEA direct international integrators. You will be promoting both the Pulse-Eight and Gallo Acoustics product ranges across the EMEA region. You will be working with our new and existing distribution partners and our direct integrator network. This role requires individuals with a proven track record in working with international distribution and direct integrators from within the consumer electronics or custom integration industry. Reporting to and working closely with our Global Director of Sales the ideal candidate will be familiar with our product categories and be well-versed in managing an established international business.
Essential Requirements Required:
- Industry experience from similar brands selling into distribution and direct to integrators
- Experience in the audio-visual industry, supporting customers and partners.
- Advanced technical knowledge of audio-visual products, including HDMI extenders, video matrix switchers, audio matrix switchers and speakers.
- Excellent presentation skills, both live and virtual, with the ability to constantly assess the needs of the customer.
- Ability to maintain and develop the existing distributors and develop direct sales to retail and trade
- Existing customer base would be advantageous
- Regional knowledge and experience of working within the EMEA territory
- Proven experience running and working to targets
- Maintain and develop the existing distributors and direct sales to retailers
- Execute opportunities to drive sales and business growth into new international markets.
- Successful track record of international sales
- Experience of achieving and managing sales budgets
- Ability to build and develop lasting customer relationships
- Readiness to travel
- Ability to work in flexible timings and across different time-zones
- Proven and demonstrable commercial awareness
- Proactive and tenacious work ethic with flexibility to work across different time-zones
- Basic salary £65-£75,000 depending on experience
