Due to practice growth we are looking for a Full Receptionists to join our busy and customer focused veterinary practice in Christchurch. The role will consist of an average of 40hrs/week, working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am-7pm (shift times will vary) with 1 in 6 Saturdays at our Bournemouth practice 9am-6pm. The role involves answering a high volume of calls, walk in enquires and emails. We see upwards of 30 clients and pets each day.
The duties will be primarily reception, but will include admin duties as well as infection control of the both clinical and non-clinical areas of practice. Our ideal candidate would be patient, friendly, caring and professional with both owners and their pets, efficient and organised and able to work hard and multi-task at busy times.
Our purpose built surgery contains industry leading equipment and has been designed to create a spacious and bright working environment. It has everything you would expect from a modern surgery practising to the highest standards. Located in a prominent position next to Pets Corner. We have recently undergone an extensive refurbishment to the practice, creating a new flow and feel to the main reception area as well as the addition of two wards for our patients.

Experience:
- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Receptionist (Dental/Doctor): 3 years (required)
