Job description
Synchronised Solution is currently recruiting a Mobile Veterinary Surgeon to work within a fantastic veterinary hospital in Sutton (South London). You would also be supporting nearby South London branches and in Surrey. We are looking for an Assistant Veterinary Surgeon with excellent English communication skills and who always strives to deliver first class care to the clients and who is confident in their ability and passionate about Veterinary Medicine.
You would ideally have at least 2/3 years’ solid experience. As this is a mobile role, a full driving license is mandatory and you will be comfortable to work both sole charge as well as in a multiple vet practices. This is a full time position with a 4 day working week and you will be working 1 in 3 Saturdays or 1 in 6 Saturdays and Sundays.
The Sutton veterinary hospital has recently been refurnished and is rightfully proud of its ISFM Gold Cat Friendly status, as the practice possesses separate dog and cat waiting areas, consult rooms and kennels. This practice also offers onsite ultrasound, endoscopy, laboratory equipment and dental radiography. The team consists of three experienced Vets (including an Advanced Practitioner in Medicine and a Surgery Certificate Holder), six Nurses and three support staff.
Location details: You will be based at the Sutton veterinary hospital in South London. Sutton is famous for its small district centres, many of them retaining a ‘village’ atmosphere not seen in central London. The Borough is also known for its outstanding green spaces. Sutton boasts 1,500 acres of open space and the largest regional park outside of Central London, and is a leader in environmental performance. You would also be supporting nearby veterinary practices in locations such as Wimbledon, West Byfleet, Horton and Esher.
Salary and benefits: There is on offer a very competitive package up to £44700 dependent on experience including a very generous accommodation yearly allowance. A car is also provided or allowance as well continuous paid for Continuous Professional Development and paid RCVS, VDS and BVA fees.
