The Recruitment Team is growing! We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join the team that sits within our HR Department at our Livingston Head Office.
This entry level role is a great opportunity to start a career within an office environment and learn how we attract, recruit and retain top talent within the business. Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but not essential, however a passion to provide an unrivalled candidate experience is a must!
Providing essential support, you will be a highly efficient, reliable and trustworthy individual who is confident, proactive and can prioritise your work accordingly.
We keep multiple plates spinning, so communication is key within this fast paced environment and if you are ambitious we can offer scope for additional responsibilities as well as career progression opportunities.
RECRUITMENT SUPPORT
- Supporting our stores with their Sales Adviser recruitment and any junior management vacancies
- Taking the lead on identifying new recruitment platforms to support the business’ ongoing commitment to D&I across all departments
- Working with our external Apprentice providers to recruit and attract potential Apprentice candidates, ensuring a consistent intake of new talent for the business
- Supporting our Recruitment Adviser & Recruitment Manager with any ad hoc tasks and providing cover during annual leave
RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATION
- Working alongside our existing Recruitment Coordinator, managing day to day queries which come through to the Recruitment inbox and dealing with stores vacancy requests and posting roles new roles on our careers page and any applicable third party platforms
- Ensuring external applications are managed in a timely manner
- Monitor, maintain and update our internal recruitment system
About the location
Neilson Square is the home of our original warehouse and distribution centre, as well as many head office functions. Situated in Livingston, our site is in-between Edinburgh and Glasgow and very easily reached by car and public transport.
