Job description
You will support the need to execute high quality Venue and Filming Hire contracts across our national portfolio of sites. You will support the operations team by ensuring all the relevant documents and processes are followed.
You`ll be responsible for maintaining the departments administrative processes and reconciling financial documents like invoices and purchases orders.
You will be responsible for ensuring that where our sites are hired for events or filming it is done so safely and the correct paperwork is complete. You will work closely with the Venue Hire team to ensure that processes are reviewed on a regular basis and are fit for business needs.
You will be based at one of our offices, a homeworker or a hybrid of both. There is a flexible approach to working from home - but you will need to have a reliable internet connection to do this.
Our Venue Hire team delivers events across the country. During busy periods and as required you may need to work early mornings, evenings and weekends either at home or on site as part of an event. On occasion this role will require overnight stays away from home. We have a comprehensive expenses policy and for most travel and subsistence costs you will use a corporate purchasing card and thus will not have to be out of pocket.
We would be delighted to hear from you, if you would like to talk to us about this role before you apply, please contact Libby Spencer (Venue Hire Operations Manager) [email protected]
