Vehicle Merchandise Executive
Job summary:
As a Vehicle Merchandise Executive working at Porsche Leeds, you will create outstanding customer confidence in the brand through the effective imagery of motor vehicle and accessory products, to stimulate and drive customer interest and desire through digital presentation and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities will include:
The photography and videography of all stock to Brand and JCT600 digital guidelines.- The uploading of imagery to JCT600 web platforms in correct order.
- Editing video footage and merging of sound files ensuring that no infringement has been made in terms of copyright and legal guidelines.
- Effectively liaising with relevant internal departments to ensure that vehicles are prepared and ready for imaging within agreed timescales.
- Managing and maintaining dealer merchandising, in line with scorecard requirements.
- Ensuring that every Approved used car is digitally marketed effectively and to a standard that we intend to continually raise, in line with the ever-changing abilities of our competitors.
- Supporting an industry leading client journey from the first point of contact and ensuring that the business is presented to the highest standards.
- Transporting Vehicles from specialist brand dealerships on schedule and in a timely manner.
- Liaising with specialist dealers to book, arrange prep and schedule all cars required for photography.
- Managing, maintaining, and enhancing web platforms with the correct descriptions and accurate advertising standards.
Qualifications:
A detailed knowledge and understanding of social media channels, how they work, and how we can utilise them to enhance our digital presence.- Knowledge of electronic imagery equipment (camera and video).
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry is desirable.
- Creative with excellent presentation skills.
- The ability to plan and manage time effectively.
- A driving license free from excessive penalties.
