Job description

Venture Contracts Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Demolition Site Supervisor to join our team in the Essex and London area.

• ASAP Start
• Sites based in Essex, London and Guildford
• Temporary Contract
• Negotiable pay rate and multiple payment options

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate demolition crews
• Inspect and inspect all demolition equipment for safety and functionality
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Prepare demolition materials by ordering, preparing, and distributing orders
• Maintain a working inventory of demolition equipment
• Ensure that demolition equipment is in good working order
• Prepare demolition materials by ordering, preparing, and distributing orders
• Ensure routine maintenance checks on demolition equipment (e.g., oil changes) and trucks (e.g., insurance verification)
• Communicate with project managers to ensure proper demolition procedures are being performed and that all safety precautions are being followed

The most ideal candidate will have previously worked in a similar role and have a background within the construction industry.

Salary: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

• London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
