Are you a strong administrator that is methodical, has a good attention to detail and the willingness to learn?
We are looking for a Vehicle Administrator to join our team in Swindon. We are super flexible at MAN and therefore will consider hours up to 30 hours per week.
Although our Head Office is in Swindon, we work in an agile way and you will have the flexibility to manage your time and location of work accordingly.
In this role, you will provide administrative support for our sales teams within the used vehicle world, ultimately allowing us to keep on top of our vehicle stock levels.
Because you will be dealing with various parts of the sales administration process, this comes with its time challenges, so being able to react quickly and precisely will be key.
Ultimately, we are looking for someone with good organisational and communication skills, a team player and someone with the ability to use their own initiative. You should be flexible, adaptable and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment.
