The Role
Rygor are looking for an inspiring and motivated van sales manager to oversea the sales process for their brand new site in Reading along with their Heathrow Van centre. You will be expected to travel between sites to cover both showrooms. A company car scheme and fuel card if on offer with this role.
They are looking for a top-performing sales manager to join our sales team at Rygor; an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and who is target-driven. You will be able to lead and inspire those around you to achieve their targets, being an advocate for the Rygor business and the Mercedes-Benz brand. You will be able to identify the right van requirements for the customer and present to them solutions based on the Mercedes-Benz Van and eVan range. Please note this is a selling sales manager role.
You will actively promote electric van product features and benefits, charging infrastructure and will fully understand the EV market opportunities.

On target earnings of £60,000, company vehicle.

About You
You will have strong leadership skills to inspire those around you to achieve and be the best they can be, You’re driven to succeed and achieve your targets and those of the branches you manage, you want to add value and be recognised for what you bring to the team. You will be great at researching an assigned area to identify new business opportunities, a pro-active attitude towards understanding your defined area. An ability to conclude sales contracts and make any required amendments with strong organisation skills and ability to manage orders and assist your team with queries as required. You will have experience in customer database management, be able to promote current sales campaigns an focus and ability to achieve and exceed individual sales targets. You will be great at selling after sales care, including service care packages and taking responsibility for the van showrooms. You will regularly record customer satisfaction and initiating relevant measures, have good delegation skills, helping others learn, develop and achieve and an ability to confidently talk to customers about insurance, finance and accessories.
