We are a busy law firm based in Bradford. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced professional to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for maintaining office security policies, scheduling appointments and greeting our customers. We're looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Administrative Assistant who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems. Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
· Deal with all inbound calls from clients and/or source to assist them in their case
· Deal with inbound/outbound calls from other professional bodies
· Gather the required information surrounding the case and update files
· Type letters
· Chasing clients for information
· Liaising with clients
· Responding to clients in accordance with the Firm’s Terms of Business
· Fulfilling administrative roles
· Maintain the company's image.
· Maintain client relations and service contracts.
· Maintain office supplies and equipment.
· Office Administration & Operation
· Booking Meetings
· Mail Collection

Salary: £18,401.00-£20,586.00 per year
