Loans Warehouse are currently looking for a full-time Valuation & Mortgage Information Co-Ordinator. Industry experience is not essential (but we welcome it!) our interest lies more in your “powers of persuasion and communication" skills and “go-getter” attitude and ideally, you’ll be aged over 25.

What is the initial role?

Specialist Mortgage Broking often involved arranging valuations of clients properties, working with mortgage companies to grant permissions in timely fashion, liaising with accountants and now more than ever dealing with land registry delays.

You will work as part of our Completions Team to ensure all the above are carried out in the shortest timeframe. People won’t always work to our pace, so you have to be more persuasive than other and ensure your clients are everyone’s priority.

You will learn all elements of completing a specialist mortgage and become invaluable to the team around you, a team that will work hard to help you learn and become the best you can be in your role.

You’ll receive great training, and support along with the opportunity to progress through a fast growing company - All whilst being part of the Loans Warehouse community.

This is an office based role, working from our Watford WD18 office.

Starting Salary £25,000 - £30,000
