We have an exciting opportunity for an QA Engineer to join our Tech team.
After completing the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, we are now engaged in the ongoing support and optimisation of the Storefront platform. This role will be a part of the Storefront team who are tasked with developing the optimisation requests by the business to help drive core business initiatives.

As a QA within the Storefront team, you will be responsible for testing and validating development solutions whilst contributing to the ongoing growth of processes and procedures to ensure technical confidence in our deliveries.
Please note, you will need to be able to commute into our central Bath office at least 3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands on manual testing of front and backend websites
- Cross functional browser testing
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
- Defining test plans and test cases
- Assisting end users with UAT
- Actively participating in team based events: standups, refinement, planning to support your team
- Working closely with the team members and taking on appropriate roles within the team
- Ensure quality is understood and included throughout, from refining a story to how it will be released and supported in production
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience with manual testing of an ecommerce platform
- Technical experience in testing, such as API testing
- Knowledge of Agile development processes
- Qualification - ISTQB certified Foundation Tester
- Ability to use a test automation framework to create/maintain automated tests
- Experience of a CI tool, such as Bamboo
- Experience of a source control system, such as git
- Good communication and collaboration across the team and the wider tech community
- Do not be afraid to ask questions, challenge yourself and others to promote knowledge
