Job description

As a complex, constantly changing and increasingly high-profile field, tax offers you the opportunity to pursue an extensive and diverse range of career paths. Our tax teams work with a wide range of organisations and individuals, helping them to implement the tax approaches that best suit their commercial needs within domestic and international legal and regulatory requirements.

Our four-week Tax Vacation programme gives you the chance to gain practical experience as part of our supportive and diverse KPMG community. You’ll find out more about our diverse tax teams and the scale and breadth of the work we do, develop your business knowledge and build technical skills. It's an opportunity to make new contacts, enhance your CV and discover what it’s like to be part of our supportive and vibrant community.

You’ll gain insights into how we help our clients manage tax issues, such as digitally transforming business models and reacting to significant changes to taxation policy. Across the spectrum of company and personal tax issues, you could learn about the holistic advice we provide, spanning international tax, deal advisory tax, transfer pricing and indirect taxes. You could explore the tax intricacies of employee reward, as well as managing tax issues arising as result of having a global workforce, or develop knowledge of how we support high net worth individuals and entrepreneurial families to manage their tax affairs and preserve their legacies.

If you’re successful on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be considered for our Tax Graduate programme in the same office location starting in 2024.

In your role, you may work flexibly across your location region – at engagement sites, our offices and home. We’re creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery, no matter where they work – through inspiring collaboration spaces and new technologies.

Bring your curiosity and unique perspective to our KPMG community, and we’ll empower you to learn, grow and thrive.
