Our four-week KPMG Law Vacation programme gives you the chance to gain practical legal experience working within a leading professional services firm. You’ll find out more about our practice areas and the scale and breadth of the work we do, further develop your legal and business knowledge and build technical skills. It's an opportunity to make new contacts, enhance your CV and discover what it’s like to be part of our supportive and vibrant community.

If you’re successful on the programme, you’ll have the opportunity to be considered for a KPMG Law Graduate programme in the same office location starting in 2024.

You’ll generally be expected to demonstrate the following (*or equivalents).   • Grade 5 or B GCSE* Maths
  • Grade 5 or B GCSE* English Language
  • 120 UCAS points* from your ‘top’ 3 grades, excluding General Studies under the 2017 tariff point system at A Level (300 UCAS points pre-2017)
  • On track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Law, or a 2:1 undergraduate degree in a non-law related subject with a minimum ‘pass’ in the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law).

Our Vacation programmes are open to law students in their penultimate year of university or who are due to graduate in 2024. They are also open to non-law students in their final year of university who are planning to commence the GDL or SQE1.

As the vacation programme is not that long, the focus for you will be to ensure every second counts. Above all else, it’s about gaining experience on real-time, real-life projects. It's an opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your CV, learn about the world of work and, importantly, get your foot in the door of one of the leading professional services firms.
