Location: Hybrid (2 days in the office a month in either Manchester, Reading or London)
Salary/Rate: £550 - £650 a day INSIDE IR35 depending on experience
Start Date: 13/02/2023

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telco clients! They are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You'll be joining as UX/UI Designer and be a part of a group of seasoned creatives and specialists. You will be crafting best in class digital experiences that engage our customers and compel them to transact with us and have a seamless experience through a high priority digital transformation programme.
Required Skills/Experience
Strong Experience in UX and UI Design - This is a 50/50 role.
Strong experience in AB testing
Previous experience in CRO team specifically around XSUS and Care
Previous working with a checkout function is required
Has had hands on experience in the thick of design
Considered an expert in your field
Excellent experience as a multi-disciplined Designer and have an obsessive attention to detail
Understanding and experience of agile methodologies and is able to direct the application and development of them
Desirable Skills/Experience
Personable, clear communication and presentation skills
Solid and fluent proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, InVision and Adobe CC
Experience in understanding data from Google Analytics/ UserZoom is a bonus but not essential
Excellent experience in illustrating a vision through flow diagrams of life-cycle states
Experience in conducting user testing, remote and face-to-face
Good understanding of A/B and multi-variant testing
Degree in a design related discipline
