User research (Heuristic evolution, behavioural mapping, competitions benchmarking, affinity diagram, task flow etc)
User experience
Data visualisation
Problem solving approach
Able to conduct workshops with stakeholders
Able to make questionnaire for stakeholder/User for workshop/user interview.
Able to gather requirement from end users
Able to analyse research data and utilise those findings in solution
Comfortable working in unified Design language system
Knowledge of accessibility to provide appropriate solutioning for a complex system.
Able to conduct usability testing to evaluate designs
Self-driven
Able to collaborate with other designer and teams
Able to take feedbacks constructively
Understanding of trading tools would be an added advantage
