- User research (Heuristic evolution, behavioural mapping, competitions benchmarking, affinity diagram, task flow etc)
- User experience
- Data visualisation
- Problem solving approach
- Able to conduct workshops with stakeholders
- Able to make questionnaire for stakeholder/User for workshop/user interview.
- Able to gather requirement from end users
- Able to analyse research data and utilise those findings in solution
- Comfortable working in unified Design language system
- Knowledge of accessibility to provide appropriate solutioning for a complex system.
- Able to conduct usability testing to evaluate designs
- Self-driven
- Able to collaborate with other designer and teams
- Able to take feedbacks constructively
- Understanding of trading tools would be an added advantage
