The Powder Coater role:
As a Powder Coater, you will play an important role in the business’s manufacturing processes, powder coating a range of products predominantly made from mild steel.

About you:
You have previously worked in a powder coating or body shop environment.?
Are you organized, reliable goal-orientated, and willing to challenge others to get things done (including the MD)?

Duties (including but not limited to):
· Preparing and powder coating materials/parts for stock colors and maintaining stock levels of painted parts to maximize production efficiencies.
· Powder coating materials for special colors as and when ordered by customers.
· Maintaining an orderly stock system to enable boxes of powdered paint to be identified quickly.
· Advising purchasing of materials required including but not limited to, powder colours, PPE, relevant chemicals, machine parts etc.
· Keeping areas worked in clean and tidy.
· Spray gun maintenance
· Spray booth maintenance
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
· Follow work instructions to fulfil orders to customer specifications.
· Follow procedures and processes accurately for consistent quality outputs.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related targets/results as needed.
· General workshop duties to assist with the on-time dispatch of orders, including assembling brackets/accessories, picking, and packing stock items for orders, sorting goods out etc.
· Work carried out in accordance with standards as set out in the company Quality and Environmental Policy for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 :2015
