Job description
GKR Maintenance & Building Co. Ltd is a building maintenance company based in South Wales, carrying out building maintenance work for Retail, Commercial, Social Housing and Public Sector Clients in South Wales and South West of England. We are looking for a full time Painter / Decorator based in the South Wales area.
Position: Painter / Decorator
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 per annum (with overtime)
Overtime is available
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm
Holidays: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
Location: Position available in and around the areas listed above.
A mobile phone, uniform, vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work purposes only.
Key Skills: Applicants need to have good trade skills and a qualification and/or experience in painting / decorating is essential, along with good paperwork and organisational skills.
Previous experience in building and reactive maintenance is
preferable.
