We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces that match our clients’ and their users’ needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience that represents their brand. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, conducting research, creating wire-frames and mock-ups, and collaborating closely with product manager, digital project managers, and developers to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
What we need you to do:
- Work with clients and product managers to understand problems and design experiences that align with business and user needs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers in defining, implementing, and supporting solutions for various mobile and web products.
- Create user-centred user flows, wire-frames, style tiles, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Understand the company’s brand guidelines and develop designs that are in line with the established brand standards.
- Create, utilize, and extend visual patterns, design systems and assets for mobile and web applications that are easy to use and appropriately documented.
- Contribute to user research and testing.
- Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant mobile and web projects.
- A degree or diploma in design, business, communication, or technology.
- The ability to apply design thinking to understand user problems, explore user-centred designs, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Strength in designing responsive layouts and components through wire-frames and mock-ups, with consideration of accessibility and best practices for interface and experience designs.
- The ability to create, maintain, and follow design languages and systems.
- Effective cross-functional team collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, with clear articulation of design decisions and rationale.
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
