Our team is passionate about leveraging the latest design trends and technologies to transform ideas into visually stunning, intuitive, and valuable products.

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and improving user interfaces that match our clients’ and their users’ needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience that represents their brand. • Create user-centred user flows, wire-frames, style tiles, mock-ups, and prototypes, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Understand the company’s brand guidelines and develop designs that are in line with the established brand standards.
  • Create, utilize, and extend visual patterns, design systems and assets for mobile and web applications that are easy to use and appropriately documented.
  • Contribute to user research and testing.
Skills we expect you to bring:
  • Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of relevant mobile and web projects.
  • A degree or diploma in design, business, communication, or technology.
  • The ability to apply design thinking to understand user problems, explore user-centred designs, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strength in designing responsive layouts and components through wire-frames and mock-ups, with consideration of accessibility and best practices for interface and experience designs.
  • The ability to create, maintain, and follow design languages and systems.
  • Effective cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with clear articulation of design decisions and rationale.
  • Expertise with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
What else can you expect at Punchcard?
  • Engaging and challenging projects.
  • A competitive salary, commensurate with your experience.
  • Employee group benefits (including disability and life insurance, dental, and extended health).
  • Flexible hours with a workplace dedicated to creativity.
  • A highly collaborative work environment with a group of people who love what they do.
  • Challenging projects while working with the most interesting technologies.
  • Opportunities for advancement and professional development.
  • An opportunity to work with and learn from passionate and highly skilled team members who work together to ensure everyone succeeds.
We always look for people who are comfortable wearing different hats, so don’t worry if you don’t think you’re a perfect fit for the role – we’re still interested in hearing from you.
