What will you be doing?
- Collaborate in developing a premium research environment using the latest user research innovations and methods.
- Plan, execute and communicate studies that reveal the motivations and behaviours of our users to inform and support the product team’s roadmap.
- Collaborate in developing and executing user research studies with a range of qualitative and quantitative methods, including user testing, eyetracking, contextual enquiry, ethnographic studies and surveys.
- Manage and help building a common insight database, combining different data sources and inputs into a unique hub serving the entire business.
- Develop and support research studies throughout the product life-cycle, from generative and ideation research and segmentation/persona work to post-launch analysis.
- Identify the best techniques to provide actionable cross-function insight for product and UX design teams.
- Effectively collaborate with the Analytics and Customer Insight teams to identify opportunities and build a solid understanding of our customer base.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in designing and mapping end-to-end services, including from the basic concept through to final delivery.
- Experience creating high-quality artefacts such as experience maps and service blueprints.
- Ability in leading design, mapping and co-creation workshops with stakeholders and users.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience in analysing and interpreting user requirements and data to be applied in highly complex business areas.
