We are a successful manufacturing company located a few minutes away from Birmingham City Centre
We are looking for an Automotive General Operative to join our company.
Our General Operatives roles vary but, we are looking for someone who appreciates attention to detail; has the willingness to learn to use specialised tools and equipment and a desire to work with all staff to meet the demands of the business.
Duties include:
Liaising with staff at all levels
Being accountable for the work you produce
Working to the set KPI’s
Always focusing on best practice
Adhering to all aspects of Health and Safety
Skills required:
Attention to detail
Confident in maths and English
Be physically fit
Health and Safety/environmental awareness
Willingness to Learn to use specialised tools and equipment
Being able to resolve problems efficiently
Being focused and self motivated
The working hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00 to 4.00 pm and Friday 7.00 to 12.00.
