A Manifest Studio and Culture Manager

The Studio and Culture Manager is the heartbeat of the studio– responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the local studios. Ensuring that all colleagues and clients get the best Manifest experience. They are an integral part of our culture.

The Manifest Studio and Culture Manager is key in managing a myriad of tasks to support the effective running of the studio, maintaining our culture and supporting the people team initiatives. Providing both well-being and administrative support across all departments, the Studio and Culture Manager is productive and organised as well as reliable and proactive. The Studio and Culture Manager is the first point of contact on all studio processes to ensure that as a team, we maintain the highest of standards.


What is expected of a Studio and Culture Manager?

  • First point of contact in the Studio to greet people and be the go-to for the team
  • Daily proactive management, looking after and maintenance of the studio / assist with all meeting set-up and boardroom booking system to host clients effectively
  • Ensure the studio is clean, tidy and fully stocked, making it an environment that people can create amazing work in and ensure it upholds our company brand. Taking ownership and designing ways to continuously improve the office environment
  • Ordering pantry items / ensure breakfast is provided for the team
  • Help to keep the office vibe calm, organised and welcoming
  • Daily distribution of mail and packages to relevant team members
  • Handle and screen incoming calls
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of the office, liaising with the landlord, and any suppliers to ensure it is compliant is in accordance with statutory requirements within ISO9000 H&S, maintenance, and PAT. Act as fire warden for the building
  • Manage the security cameras and be POC for any issues and emergency situations
  • Management of company tech and equipment
  • Managing the Happiness Programme for the team
  • Assist with people operations such as onboarding and offboarding of employees, organising company equipment, responding to day-to-day enquiries from the team re: studio asks and working closely with our HR consultant and Managing Partner to ensure a smooth operation and provide solutions to employee problems. Be a constant feedback loop with recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the processes and monitor NPS happiness within the team
  • Be available to offer support/ counsel/ guidance for team members and feel confident in signposting them to the relevant resources and members of leadership team for ongoing support
  • Assist with internal comms such as our weekly mailer, updates with team news and foster an environment for celebration announcements
  • Ad-hoc admin duties for local leadership team such as travel/ hotels
  • Ideate and organise company social events such as seasonal parties, team lunches and Manifestival
  • Coordinate with local ‘culture’ teams across our group studios to ensure best practice and shared learnings.
  • Personal alignment to Manifest’s core Triple Bottom Line vision and values
  • Support and develop a culture of core processes and systems to support the effective running of the studio. This includes but is not limited to; recording accurate time daily via Harvest; workflow management via Asana; and maintaining collaborative and positive communications internally via Slack
  • Support resourcing team with holiday approvals
  • Support group team with BCorp commitments and ongoing activity
  • Based in London but willing to do an overnight travel to Manchester once a quarter

Salary Range: £30k - £40k (depending on experience)
