Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Place Division. We are looking to recruit a temporary part-time Administrative Officer to join our small but busy team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, confident, organised, a good communicator with excellent administrative skills. You must be able to work well on your own initiative but also as part of a team with other staff and partner organisations and be able to manage a varied workload. The post is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The postholder will provide business, clerical and administrative support within the Place Team, assisting with reviewing grant applications, processing grant payments, income reconciliation, monitoring project and performance indicators and assisting with the returns to government for both UK Shared Prosperity and Rural England Prosperity Fund.
